Eva Fulton

Ms. Fulton is a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Gulf War during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. She worked as a paralegal in the JAG Corps with assignments at Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, Germany, and Fort Hood.

She holds a BA and MBA from Dallas Baptist University and earned her MPA in Public Leadership from the University of San Francisco as a Newmark Fellow. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Public Administration at National University.

Ms. Fulton is an international award-winning documentary filmmaker (From Pain to Purpose – Her Second Service Story), author of the award-winning book Welcome to My People Garden, public speaker, and podcast and radio host on Military Broadcast Radio.
